I played the journey on relaxation, but I was so stressed about doing this blog correctly
I don't think I payed much attention to what the exercise was trying to accomplish.
Therefore it didn't work.
Maybe I will try again later.

ReplyDeleteI found that doing the journey to relaxation multiple times helps you get better at following your "suggestions". I have done it a few times and each time I feel more relaxed than the last and can concentrate more also. Just try it again when everything is quiet and you have a good 20min. to yourself. I have to wait until my kids go to bed before I even attempt to have some alone time, lol. Hopefully it works out for you next time.
